With just a standard multimedia computer Career Pathways CD-ROMs incorporate full-motion, high-quality video and audio. Students can use pull down menus or click the right mouse button anywhere on the screen to get a menu that allows them to branch to any section of a career whether it be the NATURE OF WORK, WORKING CONDITIONS, EMPLOYMENT, TRAINING, JOB OUTLOOK, or EARNINGS.

Each CD runs on Windows 95 or higher and can be run on a single workstation or on any Windows Network. When installed on a network, unlimited users can access the programs and videos within them simultaneously.
